The large red shape in this painting led to the name. The solid shape balances the lyrical line work which entices you to visit all areas of the canvas. Heart Throb is on a narrower stretched canvas of .75" deep. The painting does continue around the edges so framing is not necessary, but a frame would add a greater presence on the wall.
