Not So Quiet Please

 Not So Quiet Please features hard edges contrasting against soft edges. The palette of complementary blues and orange are balanced by large areas of neutrals. Collage was incorporated in this painting which adds wonderful texture. The undulating lines bring rhythm to the piece. More subdued than most of the other paintings in the collection, I felt this was an appropriate title. The painting has a contemporary thin white floater frame that brings the dimensions to 12 3/8" x 12 3/8" x 1 1/2" deep. The song starts out with a raucous drum solo by Buddy Rich. He is considered one of the most influential drummers of all time.
