Guided by intuition, my abstract paintings are about expression and movement. I am drawn to the freedom of abstraction and the inherent challenges in painting that is not based in reality, but in the imagination. Listening to music while I work, the rhythms and sounds mix with the paint. This free flowing improvisation captures the unconscious to bring forth an emotional response. Each piece offers an exhilarating opportunity to venture into the realm of pure spirit.
