Ms. Muslin has participated in numerous exhibitions throughout the United States as well as a few other countries. She has had 10 solo exhibitions and has had her work included in several museum exhibits. Some of her group show venues include the Cork Gallery at Lincoln Center, Soho Photo Gallery, the Philadelphia Sketch Club, Adelphi University, goggleWorks, Chautauqua Center For The Visual Arts, Texas A & M University, the Banana Factory, Printmaking Council of New Jersey, Long Beach Island Foundation Of The Arts And Sciences and the Salmagundi Club. Ms. Muslin had three of her digital images exhibited at the Bergen Museum in Diving into Digital. Her work was accepted into Inspired by the Land at the Attleboro Museum in Massachusetts and the Beecher Center for technology in the arts at the Butler Institute of American Art in Ohio where she won a third prize award. Some traveling exhibitions which included her art were Snapshots organized by The Contemporary Museum in Baltimore, Reactions originated by Exit Art and the September 11 Photo Project. The September 11 Photo Project has become part of the permanent collection of the New York Public Library and Reactions is now in the permanent collection of the Library of Congress in Washington, DC. as part of Witness & Response. Ms. Muslin has been privileged to receive 19 awards including first prize for photography at the Corn Hill Arts Festival in Rochester, NY. The Washington Square Outdoor Art Exhibit gave Ms. Muslin five awards over 3 years that also included first prize for photography. From the Museum of Computer Art she won third prize in the Enhanced Photography category. Her work has been published in Ink Pot, a literary journal, Artistry Magazine, Creative Insights, the September 11 Photo Project book, and Manhattan Arts International in addition to 19 other publications. Her artwork has been on the cover of Philadelphia Stories twice and a cover for a book of poetry, "A Storm by any Other Name" by PC Scheponik. |
